Atlantic Making Waves

For our second large wave maker project in as many years, Atlantic has been
commissioned by the Carderock Division of the Naval Surface Warfare Center
(NSWCCD) in Carderock, MD to manufacture the wave making paddle system and
controls for three basins at the Naval facility.

The scope of the 5 year contract includes the manufacturing of 250 servo
operated wave making cells as well as associated servo control panels. The
system will be able to produce waves at virtually any angle, frequency and
amplitude to conduct research, development, & evaluation on marine vessels
at various sea conditions.
