Atlantic Industrial Technologies designs and manufactures custom Lubrication Systems. Generally large scale, our systems range from 5 to 2000 gpm. Electric controls are provided on our systems as well as fixed or variable flow pumps. Duplex filter housings are sometimes used to provide an 'on-line' filter element change-out. Instrumentation consists of temperature and pressure gages, water-in-oil sensors and level sensors.

Lubrication Systems
Gearbox Lube System
This filter cooling lube system is designed to cool and lubricate a large gearbox. It features a 50 gallon reservoir, a 'flat plate' style heat exchanger, a duplex filter and a convenient gage panel. It has an ANSI style return port for gravity return machinery.
Gearbox Lube System
This filter cooling lube system is designed to cool and lubricate a large gearbox. It features a 50 gallon reservoir, a "shell & tube" style heat exchanger, a duplex filter and a convenient gage panel.
Generator Lube System
This unit is designed to provide uninterrupted lubrication for a peaker style generator. It has a Stainless Steel reservoir and all Stainless low pressure piping. A backup DC pump-motor is pulled online in case of a power failure. The reservoir is sealed to prevent humidity from contaminating the oil.
Large Lube System
This Atmospheric system has a 500 gallon reservoir, dual fixed displacement pumps, a back-up DC motor, a water cooled heat exchanger and a gage panel for convenient monitoring.
Gearbox Lube Skid
This filter cooling lube system is designed to cool and lubricate a large gearbox. It features a flatplate style heat exchanger, a duplex filter and a convenient gage panel.
Turbine Lube Skid
This skid provides filtering and cooling of lube oil for a gas turbine engine. The reservoir, low pressure piping and valves are Stainless Steel. A large air cooled (fan driven) heat exchanger with a variable speed drive is used to cool the oil. Redundant oversized filters with electronic DP indicators are integrated into this system to insure high cleanliness level. The reservoir is sealed to prevent humidity from contaminating the oil. The unit is raised to provide inlet head pressure for the scavenging pumps.
