Atlantic Industrial Technologies designs and assembles Custom Hydraulic Valve Manifolds. Hydraulic Valve Manifolds (and the valves that they accommodate) are used to distribute and route hydraulic oil to satisfy a specific circuit. Hydraulic Manifolds minimize the number of hoses and tubing connections in a hydraulic circuit and consequently reduce the number of potential leak points.

Hydraulic Manifolds

Cylinder Mounted Manifold

Cylinder Mounted Manifold

This hydraulic manifold was designed to mount directly to a 12" bore cylinder. All functions needed to control the cylinder were designed into this manifold.

DIN Valve Manifold

DIN Valve Manifold

This large manifold features a DIN Syle proportional valve. It controls a large hydraulic motor which generates waves in a military research pool. It also houses anti-cavitation check valves and various pressure control cartridge valves.

Drawbridge Control Manifold

Drawbridge Control Manifold

This manifold controls the opening of a drawbridge in the New York City area. In addition to the directional control valve (up-down valve), it has over-pressure relief valves, counterbalance valves and a 'slow landing' override valve.

Filter Manifold

This triple filter manifold is used to condense the piping needed with large filter housings and their associated check and relief valves.

Hydraulic-Pneumatic Manifold

Hydraulic-Pneumatic Manifold

This Hydraulic-Pneumatic Hybrid Manifold is used to control water-tight doors aboard the 'Nakika' Semi submersible oil platform. The explosion proof nature of this valve manifold required that all solenoid operated valves be replaced by air actuated valves. The combination of pneumatics and hydraulics in this single manifold allowed it to be used to control the hydraulic doors in this application.

Three Station Custom Valve Stand

This assembly consists of three custom valve manifolds mounted on a common member and piped together with socket welded pipe. The pre-assembled nature of this triple valve stand made field piping very easy for the end user.
