Atlantic Industrial Technologies manufactures Hydraulic and Lube Oil Filtration Systems. We also distribute Parker Hannifin Filtration products, which include the popular Par-Test Fluid Analysis service.

Over 70% of hydraulic system failures are known to be caused by poor fluid condition. Off line filtration systems offer a simple way to control contamination levels and reduce hydraulic system downtime. Typical filtration systems are designed to remove particulate contamination from hydraulic systems. They are plumbed to the reservoir in an "off-line" fashion and do not interfere with the main functions of the system. Shown here are Filtration Skids in several configurations that serve a particular application.

Ironhorse Filter Skid

This filter skid is perfect for oil transfer and offline filtration of existing fluids. It features a 10 gpm pump, an inlet strainer and a 3 micron outlet filter. The unit runs on 110 VAC and has a drip pan to contain oil during element change outs.

Par-Test Fluid Analysis

Par-Test Fluid Analysis

Fluid analysis has proven to be a critical tool for any preventative maintenance program. Fluid analysis is able to identify potential problems that cannot be detected by human senses. Par-Test is a complete laboratory analysis performed on a small volume of fluid. The generated report is a neatly organized three page report card on oil fluid condition.

Since new fluid is not necessarily clean, Parker Filter Carts are the ideal way to prefilter and transfer fluids into reservoirs or to clean up existing systems. This cart can also be used to remove free water from oil.

The Guardian portable filtration system is a unique pump/motor/filter combination designed for conditioning and transferring petroleum-based and water emulsion fluids. It can also be used to re-circulate and 'polish' fluid your existing system.

This purifier uses the principle of vacuum dehydration to remove free and dissolved water from oil. Free water occurs when oil becomes saturated. Water makes oil appear cloudy. It is one of the most common contaminants in a fluid system and one of the most damaging to system components.

This 50 gpm filter skid has the unique option of flow adjustability. The operator may dial up any flow rate from 10 to 50 gpm. A flow meter is visible for flow confirmation. Oil sample ports are also available. It features a drip pan to contain oil during hose connect and disconnect.
